All of the items that you purchase from Magic of Venezia can be exchanged or returned within seven (7) days of receiving. Please note that shipping and handling cost is not refundable. If you are not happy with the product you have received and want to exchange it for a different model additional shipping fee will apply. Prior to sending anything back to us please Contact Us to request a return number. Refund will not be granted for the goods returned without return number. Masks and costumes cannot be returned if they have any signs of wear or if there is make-up or other damage to the interior or exterior of the mask (except the items damaged during the shipment). Sorry, but we will not accept returns for specially ordered masks and costumes.
